Savannah, GA and Tybee Island, GA March 10-12, 2014

Took Mom on a trip with the Joy Club from her church.

MONDAY - left at 7:30 AM.  Got to hotel around 1:00 PM. (The Inn at Ellis Square)We had free time. Mom and I walked through the City Market which was next to the hotel.  We had a riverboat gospel dinner cruise at 5:00 PM.  The food was great and the gospel choir was good.

TUESDAY - 9:00 AM had a step on guide. We went around the city to see all the site.  Had free time and lunch (Huey's) on River Street.  At 5:00 PM we had dinner at Miss Wilkes Boarding House. It was wonderful. The food was served family style.  Free time - Bonaventure Cemetery

WEDNESDAY - left at 9:00 AM and went to the Tybee Island lighthouse and toured the complex.  Went to Tybee pier and shops. Had free time there.  Got caught in traffic on I-95, sat there for 35 mins - not moving.  Had lunch at The Old House Café in Waterboro.  Got home around 6:30.
